Every project begins with a Discovery Call, a personalized conversation where we explore the vision for your home—your goals, ideal timeline, investment level, and lifestyle priorities. It’s also an opportunity to discuss your aesthetic preferences and what drew you to the refined, timeless interiors showcased on my website. When there’s alignment in style, intention, and scope, we move forward with scheduling the In-Home Design Consultation. The consultation fee is approved, and we reserve time on the calendar.
Every home has a story to tell—and a thoughtfully designed space should reflect both the homeowner’s aspirations and the unique character of the property. The In-Home Consultation is essential to that process. Seeing the space in person allows me to fully assess its architecture, natural light, flow, and potential.
We’ll review and refine the Scope of Work, revisit your goals, and have a detailed discussion around investment expectations. This is also the moment where the creative energy begins to build—concepts are explored, possibilities discussed, and ideas exchanged. It’s an engaging, collaborative experience.
This Consultation is not only about the space—it’s also about establishing a meaningful connection. The In-Home Consultation typically lasts about two hours. Following our meeting, I’ll prepare a Summary of Consultation document that captures everything we discussed. This is delivered for your review, reflection, and consideration. If you wish to proceed, I’ll provide a formal Letter of Agreement outlining the Design Fees, Procurement Structure, and Terms of Engagement.
Once the agreement is signed and approved, we begin bringing your vision to life—with intention, artistry, and impeccable attention to detail.
